Bulgaria Air Tower

“Bulgaria Air Tower” has 19 floors with 3 underground levels. The plot is facing the lane of local Blvd “Brussels” and the existing street separating it from the building of the State printing. So generally described area is specific to its excellent visibility both in the northeast-southwest direction Blvd “Brussels”, and for arriving at the center of the capital towards Plovdiv.

The architectural design is made by “Atelier Serafimov Architects”. Object and purpose of the project is to create a modern complex aimed coexistence of a representative exhibition area, a group of shops and office part. Showroom is located alongside “Brussels” Blvd and is fully glazed to it. The entrance is naturally oriented to the boulevard. The entrance for visitors and workers in the office floors is richly glazed and creates a modern space with adequate space and furniture. Access to shops is made on ground floor. Shops themselves are oriented in the direction Blvd “Brussels”. Planned development offers contemporary landscape type offices with richly glazed. Dimensional solution of an office area is subject to markedly memorable form - and bearing dynamic spirit of modern plastic in relation to modern architecture. The total built up area of the building is 34 304 m2 .
